Alvares Estates Ltd is one of Brixton’s longest established Independent family run Estate Agents. Established in 1993, specialising in Residential/ Commercial Sales, Lettings and Property Management.
Alvares Estates was set up by Mr. Alvares in 1993 who previously worked as a Group Surveyor for Greyhound Financial Services Ltd.
In 1993 he decided to open Alvares Estates Ltd, and has since built up a property portfolio of managed properties in South West London.
Many of our Landlords have been with us for a number of years. Our continued success is measured by the repeat custom and the high number of personal recommendations that we receive.
